On 5/16/2022, an officer responded to the 33300 block of 3rd Ave for a traffic complaint. It was reported a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and passing vehicles. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

On 5/16/2022, an officer on-viewed a two car motor vehicle accident on 3rd Avenue at Roberts DR. There were no injuries, and both vehicles were towed from the scene by private tow.

On 05/17/2022, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 32800 block of Stuart AVE in regard to a request for assistance with a medical emergency. Officers assisted Fire and Medic One personnel on scene and one individual was transported for medical evaluation.

On 05-17-22, at approximately 10:17 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a welfare check request. Officers were advised that the King County Sheriff’s Office relayed the request to Valley Communication Radio. Officers were told that there was a disoriented white male, approximately 20 to 30 years of age walking around the Lake Sawyer Boat Launch. Officers arrived at the boat launch and were unable to locate the subject.

On 05-17-22, at approximately 11:48 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a welfare check request. Officers were informed that a female was seen sitting on the ground in the 29500 block of 224th AVE SE crying. Officers arrived and located the female. The female walked away from her ex-boyfriend’s house because she was upset with her ex-boyfriend’s mother. The female called her father who picked her up a few minutes later.

On 05-17-22, at approximately 12:13 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a welfare check request. Officers were informed that a white male subject was seen lying down on the shoulder of 3rd AVE near Plass RD. Officers arrived in the area and were unable to locate the subject.

On 05-17-22, at approximately 13:51 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a traffic collision. Officers were informed that a vehicle struck a bicyclist at Baker ST & 3rd AVE. Officers arrived and located the vehicle and bicycle. The bicyclist was not injured and both parties exchanged information. The motorist transported the bicyclist home.

On 05/17/2022 Officers stopped a vehicle in the 23200 block of Roberts DR for a speed violation. Subsequent investigation determined that the driver had a license status of Suspended in the Third Degree with Ignition Interlock Required. The driver was cited and released at the scene, and the vehicle released to a licensed driver

On 05/18/2022, a defendant arrived at the Black Diamond Courthouse at the 25500 block of Lawson St regarding her pending charges. The defendant was intoxicated resulting in the Judge revoking her release and having a Black Diamond Police Officer book her into Score jail for her pending charges.

On 5/18/2022, an officer working Black Diamond Municipal Court Security observed a female enter the court who appeared intoxicated. Further investigation revealed the female drove her vehicle into the Black Diamond Court parking lot prior to entering the building. The female was remanded into custody by the judge and booked into SCORE Jail. Addition criminal charges were filed with the court.

On 05/18/2022, an Officer responded to a civil standby at the 32000 block of Union Dr. Contact was made with the complainant, who advised that her son was coming over to move his stuff out of the residence; however, he had not arrived yet. The Officer advised the complainant to call when her son got there or when she knew he would arrive.

On 5/21/2022, Officers were dispatched to a civil standby in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene and ensured the involved parties remained civil for the removal of personal property from the residence. Officers cleared the scene once the items had been removed and the subject left.

On 5/21/2022, Officers were dispatched to a noise complaint in the 32500 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene and contacted an individual at the location. Officers informed the individual that they needed to turn the music down and they agreed to do so. Officers cleared the scene.

On 5/21/2022, Officers were dispatched to the 32000 block of Union DR for a verbal domestic between a step mother and step son. The dispute was over property stored at the location by the step son and him picking it up. The step son and his girlfriend were trespassed from the property. Officers cleared the scene after the trespassed individuals left the location.
