On 06/02/2023 Officers were dispatched to a request for a welfare check on an individual who was reported to be jumping into on coming traffic. Officers contacted the involved subject at the station and determined that no crime had been committed.

On 06/02/2023, Officers were dispatched to the 29000 block of 222nd Pl SE in reference to a suspicious circumstances. Contact was made with the complainant who advised that today she observed a suspicious vehicle in the above listed area that ended up following her sister-in-law’s vehicle. The complainant believes this suspicious vehicle is related to an arson case that took place in 2021.

On 06/03/2023, Officers responded to a suicidal subject at the 30400 block 227th Pl SE. Upon arrival, contact was made with the suicidal subject and she was transported to the hospital on an involuntary commitment.

On 6/3/2023, Officers were dispatched to an unknown injury collision in the 32600 block of 3rd AVE. Dispatch advised the vehicle had collided with a building. Officers arrived on scene and observed the vehicle at rest on an elevated porch to a residential home, the driver was inside of the vehicle. The air bags had not deployed and the driver advised he had been wearing his seatbelt. Officers observed no visible injuries to the driver. Through questioning and observable evidence Officers learned the driver had been traveling southbound on 3rd AVE when he had fallen asleep. His vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane of travel and off of the roadway. His vehicle drove through a fence, went airborne, landed on a porch to a residence, and was stopped by the building. The driver was identified and a department of licensing records check was conducted, the return showed his driving status as not licensed- eligible. The driver also failed to provide proof of insurance. Fire arrived on scene and evaluated the driver. There were no apparent injuries and he refused further medical treatment. Fire checked the residence for occupants and structural soundness, the home was unoccupied and fire advised it was structurally sound. The driver was issued a criminal citation for no valid operator’s license without I.D. and a notice of infraction for operating a motor-vehicle without insurance.

On 6-4-2023, at approximately 11:05 hours, Officers took a report of a theft that occurred at the 32600 block of Willow AVE. This case is currently under investigation.

On 6-4-2023, at approximately 18:36 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 30400 block of 227th PL SE for a 911 hang-up. Officers responded to the residence, contacted the homeowner, and determined it was accidental.
