On 7-10-2023, at approximately 09:44 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 32500 block of 3rd AVE for a suspicious subject with a knife. Officers contacted the subject and determined no crime was committed.

On 7-10-2023, at approximately 11:24 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 32200 block of Morgan DR for a verbal domestic dispute in progress. Officers arrived and discovered that one of the involved subjects had left the residence. Officers determined that an assault occurred and attempted to locate the second subject, but were unsuccessful. Officers cited the subject with Assault 4 – Domestic Violence.

On 07/10/2023, officers responded to a follow up request regarding a possible fraud. Officers are currently investigating this incident.

On 07/10/2023, officers met with a subject at the Black Diamond Police Station. The subject advised that vehicles have been speeding near his home on Morgan ST. Officers advised that increased police patrol would be conducted in the area.

On 7-10-23, at approximately 19:08 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 23400 block of SE Fir ST for a suspicious circumstance. Officers responded and were unable to locate the subject.

On 7-11-2023, at approximately 11:10 hours, Officers responded to the 31100 block of 3rd AVE to assist Child Protective Services in conducting a home walk-through and interview. After an investigation, Officers determined that a crime was not committed.

On 07/15/2023, Officers were conducting a patrol in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE and found a suspicious vehicle with the engine running occupied by two subjects. The driver of the vehicle had a WA State driver’s permit only. Officers later released the vehicle to the mother of the juvenile driver. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 07/15/2023, officers were advised by a bystander of a subject who fell and possibly hit their head. The Valley Fire Department was on scene at the time, rendered aid and evaluated the subjects injuries. The subject was transported by a family member to Covington Multi Care for medical treatment.

On 07/15/2023 at approximately 1309 hours, officers were dispatched to the 22800 block of SE Fir Street, in reference to a verbal domestic. It was discovered the incident was verbal only, between roommates. One of the roommates was actively moving out prior to the argument. They successfully moved their belongings from the residence with no further incident.

On 07/15/2023 at approximately 1553 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 22000 block of SE 292nd Street, in reference to a vehicle prowl report. It was discovered a vehicle had one window broken, and backpack was stolen from the vehicle. The officer located the backpack close by, finding no theft occurred from the backpack. A police report was completed and suspect information was solicited in the area.

On 07/15/2023 at approximately 1650 hours, an officer was in the 22500 block of SE 296th Street in reference to a vehicle prowl, when another victim approached them. It was discovered their vehicle was also entered by breaking a window. One single article of clothing was reported stolen at the time of report. A police report was completed and suspected information was solicited in the area.

On 07/16/2023, Officers were dispatched to the 28800 block of 232nd AVE SE regarding a traffic complaint. A caller advised they observed a red pickup truck tailgating them as they were heading home. Officers checked the area, looking for any vehicles matching the description given, but did not locate a match.

On 7/16/2023, Officers were dispatched to a theft of firearm from a vehicle in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the reporting party who appeared to be intoxicated. During the investigation Officers located the firearm in the vehicle. After locating the firearm the reporting party advised he did not need law enforcement services. Officers provided the subject with the case number and cleared the scene.

On 07/16/2023, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 33100 block of SE Stevens ST regarding a music complaint. An anonymous caller advised the music was going on since 7 PM the night before. Officers made contact with the homeowner and informed them of the loud music complaint. The homeowner agreed to lower the volume of the music. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 07/16/23, officers were flagged down at the 32500 block of Mckay Ln regarding a citizen’s report of suspicious activity that occurred, on the 5th or 6th of July 2023. Officers completed an informational report.
