Black Diamond Police Reports

On 09/02/2023, Officers were dispatched to CPR in progress at the 32200 block of 4th AVE. Officers administered first aid until fire personnel arrived on scene provided additional aid. Fire personal pronounced the victim as deceased, and a King County Medical Examiner investigated the incident.

On 09/02/2023 at approximately 1707 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 33000 block of Evergreen Ave SE, in reference to a noise complaint of a barking dog. Upon arrival no barking or any other nuisance noise was heard in the area.

On 09/03/2023, an Officer was dispatched to a citizen assist at the 32400 block of 2nd Ave.  Contact was made with the complainant and she was provided the information she requested.

On 09/03/2023, Officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint at the 31600 block of 3rd AVE regarding a white sedan that was reported to have been tailgating vehicles. Officers conducted an area check for the vehicle with negative results.

On 09/03/2023, an Officer was dispatched to a theft of a motor vehicle at the 30600 block of 224th Ave SE. A trailer was stolen from that location.  The trailer was entered into the WACIC/NCIC system as stolen.

9/05/2023, an Officer responded to the 23200 block of SE Dogwood St. reference to a theft.  The victim advised that two packages were stolen from their back porch.  There are no suspects or witnesses to this theft.

9/05/2023, an Officer was dispatched to a suspicious person call at the 28800 block of 216th Ave SE. Upon arrival, the area was searched and no suspicious persons were located.

09/06/2023 at approximately 1724 in the 21600 block of SE 292nd Street, an officer located a stolen vehicle that had also been in involved in armed robberies that occurred in nearby cities.  The vehicle was located in the area after officers received a Flock Safety camera notification of its presence. Two subjects jumped into the vehicle and fled from officers upon officer contact.

09/08/2023 Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 30800 block of 229th PL. SE in regard to a request for assistance with a Fire Department call. Officers remained on scene while Fire personnel conducted a medical evaluation prior to transporting an individual to the hospital for treatment.

9/8/2023, at approximately 14:30 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 25300 block of Baker ST. for a 911 hang-up. Officers responded and determined that the call was accidental.

09/08/2023, Officers were dispatched to a injury accident at the 31300 block of 3rd ave. Officers arrived on scene provided first aid, and investigated the incident. The fire department responded to the scene and treated one of the subjects for minor injuries.

09/09/2023, Officers were dispatched to the 23300 block of SE 291st ST. regarding a noise complaint. A caller advised they could hear loud music being played. Officers contacted the homeowner of the music and asked them to lower the volume of the music. The homeowner agreed and officers cleared the scene without incident.

09/10/2023, an Officer was dispatched to a 911 hang-up at the 22400 block of SE 296th St. Upon arrival, the caller was not located. The Officer called the caller’s listed number and did not get an answer. The Officer left a voice message requesting a callback.

9/10/2023, at approximately 19:10 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 31100 block of 3rd AVE for a verbal domestic in progress. Officers arrived on scene and determined a crime had been committed. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor for review.

09/10/2023, Officers were dispatched to a noise complaint in the 30200 block of 224th AVE SE. It was reported four females were inside of a vehicle listening to loud music. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the property manager/reporting party. Officers attempted to make contact with and identify the involved females, however, they had left the vehicle and dispersed into different trailers prior to the Officers arriving. The reporting party was satisfied with the subjects no longer causing noise. Officers cleared the scene.

09/11/2023, Officers were advised of an injured Coyote near the 22800 block of SE Redwood ST. Officers located the injured animal and observed that the Coyote’s injuries did not appear life threatening. The injured animal left the roadway into a wooded area, and officers cleared the scene.

09/11/2023, an Officer was dispatched to a paper service at the 32900 block of Skyline Ln.  Upon arrival court papers were served for a subject at that location.

09/16/2023, Officers were dispatched to the 33000 block of SE Cottonwood St. regarding a loud party. Officers contacted the residents of the location and advised for them to lower the music. The residents agreed to lower the music. Officers cleared the scene without incident.
