On 11/29/2023, an officer received a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 32400 block of 4th Ave. Several items were stolen from the unlocked vehicle.

On 12/01/2023 Officers were contacted at the station by an individual who wanted to report their vehicle had been damaged during a break in on 11/28/2023. The vehicle had been parked outside their residence in the 25800 block of Lawson ST overnight. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, and there was no suspect information available.

On 12/01/2023 Officers were dispatched to a report of a dispute between family members in the 25400 block of Kanasket DR. Officers determined that no crime had been committed and advised the reporting party of the civil nature of the incident.

On 12/02/2023 an officer preformed a traffic stop in the 30800 block of 3rd Ave. The driver was found to have a warrant out of another jurisdiction. The driver was taken into custody and booked on the outstanding warrant without issue.

On 12/02/23, at approximately 19:17 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 31300 block of 3rd AVE for a 911 hang-up. Officers responded to the area and checked multiple businesses near the address given. Officers contacted the number that called 911 and spoke with two individuals. The individuals advised Officers that the 911 call was accidental.

On 12/02/2023 Officers were advised by Flock Safety of a vehicle bearing stolen license plates travelling east on Roberts DR in the 23200 block. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle in the 25100 block, at which point the vehicle fled onto northbound 3rd AVE at high speed.

On 12/02/2023 at approximately 2112 hours, a vehicle was driving south bound on 3rd Ave. The vehicle’s owner was found to have a suspended license and was positively identified to be the driver. The driver was contacted and issued a citation for the offense. A licensed driver arrived on scene to drive the vehicle.

On 12/02/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 32500 block of 3rd AVE in regard to a noise complaint. Officers contacted the individuals involved, explained the city noise ordinance, and they agreed to reduce the volume of their music.

On 12/03/23, Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up in the 23300 block of SE Dogwood ST. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with two occupants who verified no assistance was needed. Officers were able to speak with the owner of the phone who advised it was an accidental dial. Officers observed no signs of criminal activity or distress during the contact. Officers cleared the scene.
