On 5/24/2026 at 1103 hours, Officer’s conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle near the 21100 block of Se Auburn Black Diamond Rd. after discovering the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license in the 3rd degree. Officer’s identified the driver as the registered owner and cited them for the offense and released them on scene.

On 05/24/2026, Officer were dispatched to a possible impaired driver at the 31200 block of 3rd Ave. Upon arrival, the vehicle was located and after investigation the driver was taken into custody for a King County Sheriff’s Office warrant and booked into the King County Jail.

On 05/24/2026 an officer was dispatched to the 31000 block of 229th Ave SE in reference to a harassment report. Through investigation it was determined no crime occurred. The information reported has been documented in a case report.

On 05/25/2026, Officers made contact with a citizen who wished to provide information to officers regarding their babysitter. Officers were advised the now ex-baby sitter was suspected of driving without a valid license. The individual advised they just wanted officers to be aware of the situation and that the baby sitter was no longer employed by them.

On 5/25/2026 at 1545 hours, Officer’s conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle near the 27000 block of Se Green River Gorge Rd. after observing the vehicle speeding and discovering the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license in the 3rd degree. The driver was identified as the registered owner and was issued a citation for the offense and additional violations.

On 05/26/26, officers viewed a traffic violation at the 25600 block of Lawson St. Officers initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. Officers discovered that the driver’s license status was suspended in the second degree. Officers arrested the driver and booked them into Enumclaw jail.

On 05/26/2026 at approximately 20:30 Officers were dispatched to a report of an unsecured door at the 31200 of 3rd Ave Se, Black Diamond, Washington. Officers discovered an employee was unable to get their door locked and after a few minutes, Officers were able to get the door temporarily secured for the employee until it can be repaired.

Communication Radio regarding a verbal dispute at The Village At Ten Trails apartment complex. Officers were informed that an anonymous reporting person called 911 to report that a female was screaming with lots of profanities from inside one of the apartment’s in the B building. Officers arrived and spoke with the female inside the apartment who stated that she had not been screaming or swearing. Officers cleared the scene.

On 05/27/2026, officers were notified of a suspicious subject driving their vehicle over cones in a construction area at the 33800 block of Ten Trails Pkwy SE. Officers conducted a check of the area with negative results.

On 05/27/2026, officers were dispatched to a citizen assist at the 33000 block of 3rd Ave in reference to a motorist changing their tire. The reporting party requested officers provide traffic control at the location. Officers arrived on scene and assisted in traffic control while the tire was replaced.

On 05/27/2026 at approximately 22:09 hours, Officers received a
notification from dispatch about a potential credit card fraud to be reported over the phone. Officers contacted the reporting party over the phone, following their conversation, there is an ongoing investigation into this potential credit card fraud.
