On 2/9/2026 at 0337 hours, Officer’s responded to a verbal domestic incident between a husband and wife located near the 32300 block of Union Dr. Through investigation, Officer’s determined there was probable cause to arrest the husband for felony harassment and assault 4th degree with a third subject at the residence.

On 02/09/2026, Officers received an email containing a voicemail left by a citizen on 02/07/2026. Officers made contact with the individual and learned her mother’s credit card was used to make a purchase online. That purchase had a delivery address in Black Diamond, however, the reporting party and victim live out of state. Officers advised the reporting party to report this crime to their local law enforcement agency. Officers also advised the reporting party to have the credit card canceled and to have the victim freeze/monitor their credit with Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.

On 02-11-26, at approximately 03:43 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a two vehicle collision at Roberts DR and Morgan DR. Officers arrived and and completed a collision investigation. The driver’s of both vehicles were transported to the hospital for their injuries.

On 02/11/2026 at approximately 1548 hours, officers were dispatched to the intersection on Summerland Ln and Willow Ave SE, in reference to a juvenile riding a dirt bike or dirt bike like vehicle operating recklessly in the area. The original vehicle reportedly was orange in color. Areas checks for the vehicle showed negative results. However officers located two black electric dirt bikes performing stunts in the roadway. The two dirt bikes were contacted and their parents were warned of the legal ramifications of allowing the juveniles to continued to ride them if not on private property with permission.

On 02/11/2026 at approximately 2229 hours after receiving a notification from Flock Safety Cameras. An officer located a stolen vehicle in the 25000 block of Kanasket Drive. The driver of the vehicle and addition property taken at the time of theft, outside of Black Diamond, were recovered. The driver was booked into a correctional facility.

On 02/12/2026, an Officer was at the 25500 block of Lawson St when he was informed of a theft in Black Diamond. The complainant advised that the parking pay station was broken into and that money was stolen.

On 02/12/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a juvenile problem at the 23000 block of Roberts Drive. Complainant advised that there was a vehicle driving erratically traveling east on Roberts Dr. from Ten Trails Parkway. The Officer responded to the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.

On 02/12/2026, Officers was dispatched to a civil standby at the 22800 block of Birch Ave SE. The Officers stood by while the subject removed his personal property from the home.

On 02/12/2026, an Officer was dispatched to the 23000 block of SE Fir St reference to a juvenile problem. The complainant advised that there were several kids on dirt bikes riding in Ten Trails. The Officer responded and was unable to locate the juveniles.

On 02/13/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a 911 hang up at the 34200 block of Buckeye Ave SE. Dispatch advised that the caller was a female who only spoke Spanish and that upon obtaining an interpreter the caller hung up. Males were hear talking in the background. Upon arrival, the Officer found that the location given by dispatch was a vacant lot. The Officer contacted construction workers in the area and they all advised that they did not call 911 and did not who did. The Officer observed no females in the area. The Officer called the number of the caller and it went straight to voice mail.

On 02/14/2026 Officers were dispatched to a report of a possible DUI driver in the 23200 block of Roberts DR. Officers conducted an area check and found a vehicle matching the description given that was legally parked, with no one in the vehicle.

On 2/14/2026 at 2214 hours, Officer’s were advised of a customer locked behind an electric gate located at Free Up Storage. The gates locked at 2200 hours and the customer had just missed the time cut off. Officer’s were able to unlock the gate and cleared the call soon after.

On 02/15/2026, Officers responded to the Black Diamond Police Department to meet a caller reportedly being followed by another vehicle. Officers made contact with and identified both parties. This incident started in a private parking lot in Maple Valley when the caller almost hit the other involved subject’s vehicle. Officers instructed the following driver to call 911 in the future if they believe another driver is a danger to the public. No crime was committed, Officers provided reassurance, and the drivers left the scene at separate times.

On 02/15/2026 Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 22400 block of SE 297th ST in regard to a report of an unknown subject in the backyard. Officers contacted the parties involved and it was determined that it was a delivery driver attempting package delivery who had gone to the wrong address.

On 02/16/2026 Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 32900 block of Cedar AVE SE in regard to a report of CPR in progress. Officers arrived on scene and assisted Fire personnel with CPR for a subject who was later pronounced deceased at the scene

On 02/17/2026, Officer responded to a welfare check at the 28900 block of 229th PL SE. Complainant advised that a female in that area was having a manic episode and was in the street yelling. Upon arrival the Officers contacted the subject and found that no crime occurred and she was not a threat to herself or others.

On 02/17/2026, an officer responded to the 25500 block of Lawson St reference to an animal complaint. The complainant advised that her mother dog was attacked by a neighbors dog causing injuries to her mother’s dog. She further advised that when her father was pulling the dogs apart, he sustained a scratch on his face. It is unknown which dog scratched his face. The complainant advised that she would call animal control.

On 02/17/2026, an Officer conducted a paper service at the 25500 block of Lawson St. The Officer made contact with the respondent in the Superior Court order and served him with the documents.

On 02/17/2026, an Officer was dispatched to the 31700 block of 3rd Ave reference to a traffic complaint. Complainant advised that a vehicle was swerving on the roadway last seen traveling west on Roberts Drive. The vehicle’s plate was ran and the vehicle came back to an address in the Village in Ten Trails apartments. Officer responded to that location and found the vehicle properly parked and unoccupied.

On 02/18/2026 at approximately 2203 hours, an officer contacted a male walking south bound in the 31200 block of Lake Sawyer Rd SE. The male did now wish to identify themselves and kept walking. The officer utilized law enforcement databases to identify the male, confirming his identity and that he had multiple warrants out of neighboring agencies. The subject was taken into custody nearby and booked into a correctional facility without issue.

On 02-19-26, at approximately 09:30 hours, Officers received a call the Administrative Assistant of the Black Diamond Police Department, advising that a subject wanted contact at the police department to report a hit and run collision that occurred on 02-18-26. Officers contacted the subject, who stated that the passenger side of his vehicle was damaged by a vehicle that was backing out of the Eagles Hall parking lot at approximately 20:38 hours on 02-18-26. There is no suspect information at this time.

On 02/19/2026, I contacted a complainant on the telephone regarding a Possible fraud in Black Diamond. The complainant advised that there was a house listed on Craigslist at the 29700 block of 226th Ave SE in Black Diamond and he believed that the person attempting the rent the home out was not the owner or a real listing agent.

On 02/22/2026, Officers were dispatched to an unwanted subject at the Black Diamond Museum who was reportedly making customers feel uncomfortable. Officers arrived on scene and identified the subject. Officers requested the subject leave and they agreed to do so. Officers cleared the scene.

On 02/22/2026 Officers conducted a traffic stop on SE Fir ST and Willow Ave SE for a vehicle that was speeding in the 23300 block on Roberts DR. The driver was found to not have a valid drivers license. The driver was issued a criminal citation and informed that someone with a valid drivers license to come pick up the vehicle.

On 02/24/2026 Officers stopped a vehicle for a speed violation in the 23200 block of Roberts DR. Upon contacting the driver it was found that they had a license status of Suspended in the Third Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene.

On 02/23/2026, Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 31500 block on 3rd Ave. The driver of the vehicle driving status, was suspended. The driver of the vehicle received a criminal citation for driving while having there driver’s was license suspended.

On 02/23/2026, Officers were dispatched to the 24700 block on Roberts drive to a non injury accident involving a vehicle vs elk. The driver and passengers of the vehicle were able to walk away from the scene with little to no injuries.

On 02/23/2026, Officer responded to the 28900 block of 22th PL SE reference to an illegal discharge. The complainant advised that he heard what he believed was approximately 20 gunshots. An Officer spoke with the complainant who advised that the gunshots sounded like they were coming north of SE 288th St near SR 169. KCSO received calls of Fireworks in their area. The officers searched the area and were unable to see or hear anything.

On 02/23/2026 Officers were dispatched to a request for a welfare check and contacted the individual by phone. It was determined that no crime had been committed, and the subject did not require assistance.

On 02/25/2026, an Officer responded to an order violation at the 32900 block of Crystal Lakes Ln. Complainant advised that she had a protection order against her former husband and that he called her cellular telephone on this date. Investigation was conducted and it was determined that there was a violation of a court order and a criminal citation will be forwarded to the Black Diamond Court.
