Black Diamond Police Reports Nov. 25 – 30, 2019

On 11-25-2019, at approximately 2047 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 32500 block of 3rd AVE. Upon investigation it was determined that the driver’s driving status was suspended in the 2nd degree. The driver was arrested and booked into Enumclaw Jail.

On 11/26/19, an officer was dispatched to the 32000 block of Union Drive for a CPR call. Upon arrival, it was determined that the subject was already deceased. The investigation determined that the death was natural and the subject’s body was released to a local funeral home.

On 11/26/2019 an officer met with a citizen wishing to report a theft from his residence in the 32500 block of 2nd Avenue. A coin collection was missing, with unknown suspects having access to the property.

On 11/26/19, at about 1342 hours, An Officer came across a single vehicle blocking collision, on east bound HWY 18 at Mile Post 5. The officer provided traffic control assistance until WSP and fire arrived on scene. The officer cleared at 1352 hours.

On 11/26/19, at about 1918 hours, an officer was dispatched to confirm a Black Diamond warrant. WSP contacted the warrant subject in Enumclaw. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was booked into the Enumclaw jail.

On Tuesday, 11/26/2019, Officers were contacted by individuals involved in an ongoing investigation who wanted to provide additional information on the case. Based on the new information, an arrest was made, and the investigation is ongoing.

On 11/27/2019 an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of Roberts Drive on a vehicle for having expired vehicle registration. The driver was ultimately cited and released for driving while suspended 3rd degree. A licensed driver responded to the scene to take possession of the vehicle.

On Thursday, 11/28/2019, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 23500 block of Tahoma PL in regard to a report of a theft of items from a vehicle overnight. An investigation is ongoing.

On 11-29-19, at approximately 2114 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a CPR in progress in the 32300 block of Lynch LN. Black Diamond Officers arrived on scene and administered CPR in conjunction with an AED. officers continued CPR until fire arrived on scene. The subject was removed from the scene by EMS and transported to a medical facility.

On Saturday 11/30/19 officers received a requested from Tualitin Police Department to confirm a stolen firearm. Officers were able to confirm the firearm was stolen.

On 11-30-2019, at approximately 2050 hours, officers were dispatched to a welfare check near the 32700 block of 1st AVE. The reporting party was concerned that her neighbor, who was in the hospital, had left her house unsecured. Officers arrived and found the house to be unsecured. Officers cleared the home, finding nothing of note, and secured the residence.
